Training your new puppy is essential for a happy and healthy relationship. We offer tips and advice on everything from potty training to obedience training. If you live more local, we are more than happy to teach you how to groom your standard poodle yourself and what starter equipment to invest in. We are also working on making short video clips about some basic grooming for all those homes that live further away.
We take pride in the fact that all our poodles are raised as pets and hunting companions in our home, doted upon and loved. This is designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our puppies. Our facilities include outdoor play areas, climate-controlled indoor spaces, and separate areas for our breeding dogs.
After hunting with poodles in the field for the past 13 years, we have seen the benefit of keeping tails and dewclaws natural. They truly help them perform in the field. My hunting poodles with dewclaws can easily pull themselves out of steep embankments or from icy ponds. Therefore, we choose to keep our puppies with natural tails and dewclaws. Any of our puppies can show in any UKC Conformation competition with their natural tail.
